Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is 28 years as on 30/09/2011, reservation as per Govt rules.
Educational qualification: Candidates pass with M.Sc/M.A or equivalent Degree with minimum 55% marks for general candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Application fee: Bank Demand draft for Rs 500/- for GEN/OBC candidates, Rs 300/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates drawn in favour of Director PGI, Chandigarh. Bank draft should be preferably any SBI Branch, payable at SBI Medical Institute Branch (Code No. 1524), Chandigarh.
How to apply: The interested candidates may send their application in prescribed format, a recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the FORM attested with Rubber Stamp/Seal by a Gazetted Officer, together with attested copies of required essentials and enclosures, self addressed thick envelop with postage stamp of Rs 50/- and Demand draft, to the following address, on or before 17/05/2011, (For far flung areas 21/05/2011), Registrar, PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh-160012.
